We had read so many good reviews on this restaurant and everyone urging that it was the best secret of Kihei. I'm not sure if maybe many of these people have never tried Vietnemese food befor or what? We stopped for takeout one night and brought home 4 dishes. They were edible but not much above. We were so dissapointed.... More

Fried rice was excellent, the server was very friendly and overall the food was ok but lacked distinct flavors. We have tried quite a few Oriental restaurants and this is the best fried rice we have had on Maui so far.

This time we carried out. Didn't travel that well and being on vacation on an island "paradise" it really wasn't great to pick up food (albeit in typical carry-out containers) in a cut-down cardboard box..... While the décor and ambiance is nothing to speak of, if you are interested in this cuisine we do recommend eating in. Generally the place... More

Vietnamese food is a staple for our family. Most of the dishes are inexpensive, though they are made of very fresh ingredients that taste delicious. Not too spicy, not too bland, but you can add fire if you like it that way. For appetizers, you can't go wrong with #1 Fresh Summer Rolls or #3 Fried Spring Rolls. Pho (that's... More

I decided to order some take out from Vietnamese Cuisine while on vacation in Kihei. I ordered the chicken pho for myself which I think was the best I've ever had. I'd also like to mention the staff there were so friendly and also had a great sense of humor. While I was waiting for my order, an older couple... More

It was my first time trying Vietnamese food, so I wasn't too adventurous. I tried the chicken in the clay pot and it was very delicious! My wife tried the Chicken wonton soup and it was also very good!

We can always get in and sit right down. The owner remembers us, and the service is terrific. Needles to say, the food is very good. Served hot, veggies fresh, and a variety for all. We have dined there as a couple and with as many as 12 people. Always satisfied!

Was an ONO based on the Maui Revealed guidebook. Unfortunately we were having cravings for some pho, and it was average at best. The beansprouts were small and shriveled. The book states that the burritos are amazing (but when did vietnamese cuisine include burritos?) and we had a friend try them the next day and said they were indeed fantastic...... More

Hey this is not fine dining... But good basic food, fast service and pretty good value for the money...
