Excellent sushi, and popular place. Make a reservation. The line starts at 5:00 for a 5:30 p.m. door opening. We were amazed at it's quality and popularity.

My husband and I were in Kihei for 9 nights. Out of those 9 nights we ate at Sansei Seafood 3 times! To say that the food was delicious is an understatement. It was divine!

This place delivers and the choices of different rolls is endless. Hospitable service and good sushi will keep us coming back. Very dependable quality and it delivers a good value. The menu is big, so be patient and have your server assist your adventure, you wont be dissappointed.

Pretty average chain sushi. Starters were okay, but the Fatty tuna (VERY expensive) was sliced way too thick and difficult to enjoy. East-meets-West roll was okay as we're big fans of rainbow rolls. The service was great..... however, very pricey menu and very small portions.... left hungry and I do not suggest the mai tai's, their not very good.
Or the Ahi Carpaccio or the Asian Shrimp Cake or the Mango Crab Salad Roll...just don't miss Sansei.
Sansei is our favorite restaurant on Maui. Their food and service are outstanding. Mike, the manager, keeps the place running smoothly, despite the crowds on Sunday and Monday nights for their specials.
Sanei remains a premier restaurant. While sushi/sashimi dominates the menu, there are a fair number of full plates and specials that are fabulous. Last time we had a duck special that was wonderful. So those of you who are fish-o-phobes don't fret; there are things for you too.
