Had a delicious dinner before hitting the town. Tamarind tiger shrimp was fantastic. Restaurant is fairly basic inside but staff are friendly and food is great value. Fully recommended.

Across the street from Federal Building, in Little Saigon area of SF. Ate alone, and was there for lunch only, but the eggplant and rice was delicious. I'd go back.
