Posana is a bit on the high side, but the food was amazing. The dishes on the menu are nice, but trust the chef to pull something amazing out of his hat. The ahi tuna was perfect, coated with white and black sesame seeds and served with roasted cauliflower. It was accompanied by a purée of garlic scapes and a... More

Great decor, great service, superior food, healthy eating. We had a great dining experience. I had the salmon, but the side of grits was just as well prepared

Wow - LOVE this place!!! If you are a food snob, this is a must try. Everything on the table is gluten free "yay!" and soured locally. Try the crafted cocktails - I had the zen-tini, and *LOVED* it! They have a great selection of wine as well. We had the lobster ricotta gnocchi and it was out of this... More

Beautiful decor and very good service but I found it to be overpriced for small portions. The food was good but not great, it was presented very nicely. I don't think I'd go back.

My husband, daughter and I ate her while visiting Asheville. The Cafe looked really cool and felt comfortable. The food was fantastic. Kale salad was the best I have ever had. We also had the trout that is locally sourced. We learned that the restaurant was 100% gluten free which was great. Creme brulee was huge and delicious. Service was... More

My boyfriend and I decided to get something to eat downtown, we saw this café, Posana, that had a menu displayed outside that was very appetizing and didn't look as busy as everyone else. We requested seating outside and they took us right out there with no wait. We looked over the menu and had already decided what we wanted,... More

I had dinner with 2 friends May 25. They have no salt and pepper shakers on the table and they should because the food was pretty tasteless. We had the Cod and Smoked Salmon. We all agreed that there was little contrast in either dish and both dishes were lacking in flavor - especially just basic salt and pepper. I... More

We visited Posana because my wife has Celiac disease, and she was excited about the all gluten free menu. It was entirely too uppity for us. You couldn't even order a simple glass of iced tea - I ordered it and they brought out this device that brewed the tea into a small, single-serve pitcher; very strange. The food was... More

We have visited Posana's in the past and loved it and were anxious to dine in their renovated dining room. The space is beautifully done. Our reservation was for 5:45 p.m. and we ordered an appetizer which arrived 45 minutes later. Our meal arrived 20 minutes after that and just wasn't up to par, I was told that the Chili... More

Can't believe how wonderful the experience can be in this restaurant. Everything as fresh and done with style, and recipes are original and soo tasty. Even the burger on a soft delicious gluten free bun. Kale salad, mmm. Brunch to dinner with the best cappuccino outside Italy. You will probably need a reservation.
