We arrived for our reservation 20 minutes late--cab issues. The restaurant was full, and they could have told us to take a hike, but they were more than accommodating and worked out a great table after an only 10 minute wait. I have NEVER received better service. It seemed that it was everyone's job to make sure water glasses were... More

We had a late lunch here so the place was pretty quiet . The food was very good quality , the portions were way too big, the breads /olives and oil superb . the prices are slightly above average but the position near to P Revere house would explain that .We came away happy .

We were visiting family in Boston on a beautiful day, and went to lunch at Limoncello, which is a favorite of my cousin and her husband. It is a fantastic, family owned and operated establishment with fantastic food and a good wine list. I had a daily special appetizer of octopus carpaccio that was absolutly fantastic. Our table was kept... More

Always hard for a small restaurant to serve a group of 12, but they did a great job. Food was very good, service as very good. Do not miss dessert. Cannoli and tiramiso were wonderful and do not forget to have a limoncello. Good time was had by everyone. Only steps away from from Paul Revere's House. We went on... More

Our group of 10 had a delightful experience at Limoncello. On a Monday night, with few other diners, we were given superb service and wonderful food. The risotto of the day was light and creamy. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The best cannoli I've ever eaten.

I rarely write a critical review of a restaurant, but in the case of Limoncello, it is well deserved. My friends and I came for an early dinner on Sunday afternoon. The first sign of a problem was when I showed a waitress that my wine glass was dirty and she simply exchanged it with one on a nearby table.... More

Our family of five had lunch at Limoncello the first week of April, having been encouraged by TripAdvisor reviews. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. We thought the food was very good but there was nothing too special / memorable about it. I guess we thought the food was going to be amazing... More

My wife and I ate at Limoncello on the recommendation of the concierge at the Millenium Bostonian Hotel - wonderful advice! We had wanted a reservation for about 8pm, but were told that since it was Easter Sunday, the latest reservation they would give us was at 7pm; we arrived early after a short walk through part of Boston's North... After visiting this restaurant and having a very good meal, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when my credit card statement came in the mail. I was going through my receipts and It was then I discovered that someone at the establishment had taken it upon themselves to ADD ADDITIONAL MONEY TO MY TIP!!!!! I called the credit card company and they... More

I'm not sure why our concierge didn't recommend Limoncello, but am glad I checked TripAdvisor before we left. The other restaurant (Ricardo's) is across the street from Limoncello, and had a 50% referral rate. Based on the reviews, I changed to Limoncello and am thrilled we did. Reservations are necessary as the restaurant was packed. But lots of friendly staff,... More
