We found this restaurant at 1536 India Street after getting recommendations from friends that had been to San Diego. We were not disappointed. Great selection of foods that had a little different approach to mixing things together. Wonderful flavors, great presentations, great wine selections. For the two of us, with wine, we spent under $100, including a 20% tip. I... More

Our evening was marvelous. On a warm night all the windows were open, the decor striking, and enhancing Spanish music on the Muzak. The tortilla soup was perhaps the best ever, with corn salsa, creme freiche and tortilla strips. The Mescal Smoked Salmon Bruschetta was xlnt, and so large it could serve as an entree. We split the Hickory &... More

We happened to find this restaurant via a Gluten Free app. My BF is GF and we like to go to local eateries that offer at least some GF choices. What we discovered was a wonderful adventure in Native-American inspired food, all lovingly prepared with the best ingredients. The service was crisp yet friendly and everyone we spoke to knew... We have just returned from an amazing meal in Little Italy at the Indigo Grill. We both ordered just mains-the hickory & apple smoked ribs. These were tender and the sauce spicy and tasty. The meal came with an Indian Corn Pudding and a walnut and shaved pear salad-both delicious! Serving sizes are huge, so skip an appetizer as you... More

We stopped in to check out the food and take advantage of the "Happy Hour" specials. I might add that they have very limited options when it comes to drinks during happy hour, if you are looking for something special, look elsewhere, there is plenty of competition in the area. We did try the smoked duck quesadilla, very good, our... More

I sort of wanted to like this place more. It hovers between 3 and 4 stars. Nice, eclectic, hip decor. Interesting, varied menu. Helpful wait staff But "Good Things Growing," the vegetarian entree that I ordered (and that the server said was one of the better things on the menu) was just ok. I'm not a vegetarian, and I don't... More

The staff was great, the atmosphere is great, its a charming place. Mixed drinks are $8,50 for well? I had the bbq pork ribs. They where chewy and dry, even with the bbq sauce on them, I could not eat them they were so dry and I am not that picky of an eater, but then they where $25. and... More

The look of the restaurant from outside is very romantic with an intimate interior and excellent food. The staff members were concerned and nice to all in attendance.
