This is our go-to steak house in Philadelphia. There are many, but not as good as Capital Grille. We have dined many times and sometimes just grab a burger at the bar watching a game. It's really delicious

My son took my wife and I too this restaurant on the Saturday before Mother's Day last weekend. I know there is one closer to us in Cherry Hill but my son felt his mom would appreciate the longer drive (20 minutes) from South NJ and he has a very nice car. As we passed on the opposite side we... More

We took out Aunt Faith and Uncle Mort out for a special meal for 80th birthday and a special anniversary. Made reservation through Open Table which was honored right on time. Our waitress Monique was incredible...great attention and a sense of humor as well! Lobster bisque has a piece of lobster in it and tasted incredible. The caprese salad was... More

Filet Oscar and sliced filet with onions and mushrooms were our choices. Best steaks ever! Didn't try dessert because we were both very full.

I cannot eat due to oral surgery. Also I am a vegetarian. But they made sure they made things I could eat. Even offering to make something special. I did have the mac & cheese-no lobster in it. The mashed potatoes were amazing. The fresh mozerella and basil also very good. My fried had the fillet and said it was... More

April 28, 2013 was our 6th Wedding Anniversary. There are a number of parking lots in the area, so that wasn't a problem. We had reservations and was seated right away. Monique our server was great & so was Eric. We ordered lobster mac & cheese ( for two) , lamb chops, surf / turf and two shrimp cocktails (... More

We had dinner here on a Friday night, and were seated right away upon arrival. The service is fantastic, and the food was very good. Everything is a la carte so plan to spend a bit of money if you eat a full meal ($200 for two of us). It has a great location right on South Broad Street. If... More

I don't mean to write this place off, but it's one in a line of super nice steak places. If you've eaten at Ruth's Chris, Mortons, Smith and Wollensky's, etc...you have a good idea of what to expect. A great steak & outstanding service all set in a wood paneled, white table cloth, quiet environment. Two of us, both had... More

Had dinner 8pm on a Tuesday nite. Busy when our party of 6 arrived, empty when we left. We ordered 3 steaks, 2 stuffed shrimp and a chicken dish w 3 sides to share. Two of 3 steaks were very undercooked & returned-flavor of my Delmonico was OK not great. My wife said the shrimp were overcooked and the lobster... More

I've been going to the capital Grille in Philadelphia for the last six years. It was one of my favorite restaurants. It has been a tradition when we visit our son who lives in Philly. We were seated quickly in the small room by the the front which we liked because it is a bit quieter then the main resturant. The service... More
