It is great place in French Quarter. Just short walk from Rittenhouse square, Matyson is small but stylish place with amazing food. Chef is very creative and every dish shows it. Duck breast is amazing, so were scallops. Desert does not disappoint either. Place is well worth the visit. Reservation a must

Ate at Matyson as two couples in early April 2013. Went for the set tasting menu which made the most of seasonal produce. Best restaurant experience in a long time.

Last Friday I experienced one of the best dining experiences ever. Matyson has a warm ambiance, an excellent menu and impeccable service. The food was prepared perfectly. I enjoyed the Brussels sprouts appetizer and the bass, both perfect to the palate and presented elegantly. My companions also raved about their dinners. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully served.
