Passed by 13 Gypsies several times, but could never catch them open. Got lucky one Wednesday when I saw patrons sitting outside. Service is excellent! Food is far, above and beyond Jacksonville. Chef Howard and Mama are so kind and truly put a heaping dose of love in their food. Neighborhood gem, it is our favorite place to eat in Jacksonville! Romantic, family, couple, and friends dinners out are great here. We've done them all!

Best tapas in NE Florida. Great chef, better food. Best risotto I've ever had--better than Milan, Rome, etc etc. Inventive stuff and very reasonable. Reservations are a must (very small establishment).
