A good thing gone! The original owners had a solid thing going, some of the best coffee I've had anywhere. They sold it, the new owner made a lot of changes and the changes didn't work.

I do wish they had longer hours, but it's the best in town. I frequently go here for breakfast. There's not a lot of room to sit but in nice weather you can sit outside.
We were in town for the Chocolate Fantasia weekend and after having snow and wind I was ready for a seat and a nice cup of coffee.
The door was open but the sign on the door said they closed at 2:00 PM. There were no customers but the owners asked what we were interested in and told us to...

The only complaint about 3dogs is at times the camaraderie gets a little loud on week end mornings. No one is a stranger by their second or third visit. Pastries to go with your excellent coffee or, thank god, REAL tea, are baked fresh before dawn. Lunch is an ever-changing delight. A quiet place to read and sip in the...

I took a small group to Silver City from Las Cruces back in December for some art viewing and stopped in Three Dogs for lunch. AMAZING! Not only were they prepared and fast, but the food and service was the best I've ever had in that small town. Thank you, Three Dogs, for a great experience. We'll be back!
I am a coffee lover and in my 45 years of drinking coffee this happens to one of the best places for a good cup. The people are friendly and they offer good pastries as well
This place is a local treasure! Great coffee, good food, wonderful folks. As locals, we are in 3 Dogs almost every day they are open. Maybe 3 Dogs doesn't live up to Paris standards, but we don't want to be a "Paris"! Most of all, they really care about their customers!
The location is small but very very cosy, and the people are extremely friendly. So far so good. The coffee however is far from good. Way too strong and the drinks you get do not match up to the definition as such. A latte should consist of 1/3 foam, 1/3 milk and 1/3 coffee. Foam was not present. Milk was...

In my travels I've had coffee at numerous coffee establishments and this was the worst coffee ever! Also have tried Javalina coffeehouse & Yankee Creek coffeehouse and they were far superior. The coffee was so awful at Three Dogs that I couldn't finish it. I won't go back!
