We had a table of 10 at this great place. A very amazing blend of ingredients. Don't expect a menu of endless pages. The menu changes daily and depends what special local ingredients are available. I had catfish and was made to perfection. You must save room for dessert! I am not a dessert person but had the most amazing... More

Coquette is on Magazine Street and the Magazine Street bus (No. 11) stops right outside their door which makes it easy to get to if you don't have a car. They have a three-course $20 prix fixe lunch which is a bargain. I had a salad, shrimp and grits and a lemon curd/cake dessert. The ambiance is nice -- it's... More

Overall, we were very pleased with our dinner and will likely return on our next trip. the PLUSES The food was excellent and i'm sure any of the appetizers and entrees are as good as the ones we had. and since everyone's taste differs, i won't go into detail about our particular selections - they were great... the service was... Surprisingly, there are not that many quality restaurants in the Garden District. Coquette is an excellent choice. This was our last evening in New Orleans and the weather was exceptional - about 70 degrees and low humidity. We took the St. Charles street car from downtown and walked around the Garden District before heading to Coquette located about 5 blocks... More

Went here for lunch on Mother's Day and we didn't have a reservation. They took us anyway and the service and food were great. They have a smoker on site and the sea scallops with bbq'ed pulled pork was amazing as was the eggs benedict.

In all fairness I should probably try this restaurant one more time, but as the saying goes, "you only have one chance to make a first impression". The food was delicious, but the bar service was terrible. Ten minutes to get two glasses of wine & 25 minutes to get two Crown Royal's on the rocks... Excuse given, the two... More

Went there on a saturday night and did the tasting menu along with the wine pairing. Some of the staff were a little cold, but not for the most part. Delicious and creative food, course after course. Pleasant old setting.

Coquette again and again amazes me with consistent outstanding food and service. Whenever we are in NOLA, we always make this restaurant a priority to dine. We dined at lunch and I got the 3 course meal that started with a delicious greens with goat cheese salad, then incredible shrimp with grits, and to top it off, the spiced funnel... More

Small but delicious menu. Small portions but somehow not wanting for more. We had the fresh fish and soft shell crabs. Superb desserts.
