Springfield is not a food haven. Sebastian's is a pleasant surprise. Thank you fellow reviews for telling me about this restaurant.
Our group had goat cheese salad, stuffed shrimp and French onion soup at first courses.. The salad was very refreshing with multiple flavors. The stuffed shrimp was also a good choice. The French onion soup could have used more...

With a group of 45 people the staff was on top of it. Great appetizers, Good beer selection, And one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Downstairs has dark and warm atmosphere.
Pros: Wow! Awesome food!!!!! Best butternut squash soup I've ever had!!! Tasty salmon and short ribs as well! Cons: Dessert was small, dry, and ungarnished. Not super. Decor is so-so. Staff were aloof. Recommendation: The food was sooooo good nothing else mattered! I'd go back again in a heartbeat!! :-)

Excellent food and a wide choice although not cheap. Beer and wine prices were reasonable however with a good selection of both although no draft beer.
It is a higher class restaurant. It does offer different items on the menu along with the regular. Sometimes they have different games, or cuts of meat. The food is always hagh quality and good.
All was excellent - The atmosphere, service, and food. The cost was expected for the type of dining experience. However, they do offer coupons to help defer cost of bottle of wine which helps in the overall price - that is if you drink wine.
We had a friendly and helpful server named Mary. The entrées looked good, but very heavy and laden with potatoes and just too much food for us. We opted to have salad or soup with an appetizer. It was not very crowded, but then we ate pretty early, about 5:30 pm. Overall, not much light healthy looking food on too...
