The man in the hat didn't excite me. From previous reviews, I was expecting something more. For me this was no more than a mediocre restaurant in every respect. There are certainly better in Hisaronu. If you fancy a pizza, choose the 'El Nino'which is quite good. The 'standard' pizzas on the menu, however, are disappointing

Have been to El Nino so many times. Ali is a great ambassador for excellent customer service. Every night he dresses up complete with hat. The food is excellent and good value for money.

The restaurant with the 'man in the hat' is how most people remember El Nino's. A little out of the way being further up Bar St. passed Fez and Hustler Bar. Great fun, food and service, nothing is to much trouble. Well worth a visit .... Recommended
