Wow, they did it again! Last evening we went to Kokopelli's for a special wine pairing dinner that chef Michael prepared. It was the most delicious meal!! It was a 6 course meal and each course was paired with a different selection of wine. The food was so wonderful..The warm brussel sprout salad, seared halibut, smoked duck taquitos, oxtail with... We went here with a family of 5 (2 adults and three kids aged 11, 13 and 15) The restaurant has a ground level and a 'vide'. Ground level was kind of empty and cold, but the vide was very pleasant. Our waiter (Jeff) gave us all the time we needed to decide and was also very helpful with deciding... More

I can definitely recommend this restaurant for its seafood. It is located in a somewhat unattractive building in the heart of the town. However the interior is quite attractive and is on split levels. I had seafood starter and main course and found both to be really good. The Kailua chocolate mousse dessert was exquisite too. The restaurant is run... More

The chef came out to talk to us when we sat down. I asked about the dungeness crab cakes and was assured they had a minimum of binders. There was no mention of the excessive spice that was added to them and the meat being broken down into mush. As a fan of the Blue Crab and a lover of... More

short and to the point.... the crab stuffed chili relleno was nothing but congealed cheese. When I told the waiter he said there was a piece of crab in the cheese and pointed out one shredded piece about the size of a 1/2 " piece of pencil lead. Much later after I had eaten just the pepper he came with... More

I ordered the halibut stuffed with crab and it was a great choice. We also ordered the clam chowder which was some of the best we have ever had. I ordered the red sangria and wasn't impressed. It has cinnamon in it and I am not a cinnamon fan.

We looked online for a nice place to take my parents for dad's 84th birthday. We visit Port Angeles for a few days each year and wanted to try someplace new. I called to check on whether he would have trouble navigating the restaurant with his walker and whomever answered the phone said they had recently remodeled and there should... More

We sat at the bar our second visit and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Wonderful man with a creative wife. Recommend you try the white sangria this summer. Service was wonderful on a busy Saturday night. Thank you to the manager Jeff for taking great care of us. Food was fabulous on both visits within 3 weeks of... More

We had dinner here as it had good reviews and was close to where we were staying (Red Lion Hotel- literally just across the parking lot). The service was good, and the restaurant was busy as it was a Saturday night. There is a good selection of choices on the menu, with kind of a southwestern/southern kind of style. My... More

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant that is high end but comfortable with fantastic service and excellent food. Highly recommend anyone to go and enjoy the food and ambience. If you are lucky enough to be there when they have Blackberry Buckle for dessert - don't miss it!!!
