Excellent Texas Bar-B-Q. This is real Bar-B-Q. This is well known in Corpus and a favorite of the locals. A must while visiting Corpus. Excellent smoke ring on the beef and the ribs are also wonderful.

Very satisfied with the tenderness and flavor of their meats! Cafeteria style ordering. Huge portions. Friendly staff. We are visiting from Colorado and wanted to try some real Texas bbq. Loved it :)

If you find yourself in Corpus Christi, you will not find better barbecue. Ribs, sauce, brisket, all are tender and delicious. All side dishes are excellent as well.

For barbecue, you can NOT find better. I eat here weekly. Spareribs, brisket, sausage, chicken, ham and turkey are consistently smoked to perfection. The Bar-B-Q Man is a real canteen style Texan restaurant. It's not too easy to find and there's nothing fancy about it. But the meats are to die for - great chicken, tender brisket, wonderful sausages. Good sized portions with a selection of sides. Non stop flow of iced tea too. Well worth searching out.
