Nice location and view. Food is sometimes better than other times. Worth a try to go back.

First, let me say that we drove past the place four times before we found it and were almost an hour late for our reservation. It is NOT on Mary's Lake Road as Google Maps says. It is set back away from the road on the right past the lake (if you are coming from Estes Park) and behind some...

I am 90% sure this is the same place. Half of it is a pub and the other half is a very nice restaurant. Both have a nice atmosphere. The food was great and portions were huge! The tavern had a live band the night we were there, which actually provided some nice background music while we were sitting on...

In the 9 yrs that I've been coming here, this place has been hit an miss. Today was a good day. The Pot Roast and Chicken Fried Steak were EXCELLENT!!!! But I will say that the food here has for the most part been above average!! Service was great also!

Western décor complete with the stuffed buffalo head. Chairs not that comfortable. The pot roast was amazing but the dinner salad I ordered was just okay. We were there when a local band called Dennis and Tobias was playing. They were talented musically but we did not enjoy the selection… covering tunes like Linda Ronstadt’s “You’re So Vain” did not...

Try the Pot Roast and you will not be sorry!! Amazing. Great food, fantastic view and very attentive staff. My wife & kids said we have to go back each time we are in Estes.

The portions are ridiculously enormous. The swordfish was great but it was enough for two. We ordered calamari appetizer (cooked perfectly), cioppino seafood stew, and swordfish. It would easily have been enough for 4 people. Nice wine list that is reasonably priced. Good price for the high quality of the ingredients.
