We enjoyed steak and salmon at the Rock Inn. The server was excellent. It was a bit pricey but the food was really good. I would eat here again.

My parents are locals and they go here every Friday night, so my first Friday in town, we headed here for dinner. They do a buy one get one free happy hour on most of their drinks. They seemed to feature a local wines and beers. The food was delicious. I would have eaten anything when we arrived because we...

This place just grows on you. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. Everyone is friendly and happy to be sitting back and relaxing. The food has improved over the past 2 years...although still a bit high on some items. The locals that they have perform in the evenings are always top notch and add to the flavor of the...

The food here is ok, and the atmosphere is neat, but the price is out of line with the delivery. Our service was ok (not bad, not great....) and the food was tasty but nothing to really write home about. The worst thing? The live music entertainment. I was about to hand the performer a $20 and request she take...

Noise levevls excruciatingly high if you are there when plkace is half full. Even worse when there is music. Food is just ok and no considerations given for locals. how about taking the ROCKY CARD??????
I choose a weekend getaway for my wife and I and in doing so, went on the recommendations on Trip Advisor for a great place to eat; the Rock Inn Mountain Tavern had some good reviews. Upon entering the restaurant, I found it strange people were seated almost on top of the greeter. The restaurant was empty with exception of...

We like the large selection of healthy sides. The flat steak was the best, & they prepared it rare. The cinnamon butter so good. The trout was a little fishy tasting . We will go back for another meal.
My hubby and I celebrated our seven year wedding anniversary, we were without our three boys for the first time! Prior to leaving, I read the reviews, contacted the tavern, spoke to an extremely spirited bartender who couldn't have thrilled me more, that the first night we were in Estes Park there was a live band. We danced the night...

I was visiting Estes Park from the east coast, and was looking for a place to eat with the rustic mountain charm and I found it here! It had the stereotypical "mountain" log cabin feel to it. They were setting up for live music later that night, but I wasn't able to stay for that--though I'm sure it was great....

I send my guests here, and it's a pretty good place, but it is an 'acquired' place to frequent. I used to go here once a week for the live music and drinking, but I eventually outgrew it. Not bad, but go in a group.
