The food is fantastic,especially for the sea food. Scallops is quite fresh and delicious. There are a lot of people during Sunday noon. Even the bread is extremely nice. We will definitely return if we drop by Providence again.

If you love seafood, this is an experience not to be missed. Do try the Calamari appetizer and the Paella. Loved Dan the waiter...friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

The seafood is good but short of spectacular. However, it's a great place to enjoy the view especially if you sit on the side of the river. Quite nice for a pleasant lunch or that romantic dinner. I do recommend the oysters which are quite fresh. Service is very professional and courteous. Overall, a terrific evening.

We had dinner at this delightful restaurant on a Friday night and it did not disappoint us! Every one of the four of us had a wonderful meal and our server was absolutely wonderful! You absolutely get what you pay for at Hemenway's, and then some. Absolutely a Providence favorite and a favorite for a passion for food!
