We had a late lunch here and all of us really enjoyed our salads. They have great choices and it is a fun little spot. It's more of a local place than a tourist spot since it is off the main part of town, but not too far.

We loved this place-ate there twice. They have a large selection of entree salads made from locally grown ingredients. They also have good deserts and a few other entrees. I wish they had a place in my hometown.
If freshly prepared gourmet salads are your thing, you won't want to miss dining at Vinaigrette. I've been returning here to eat since it opened, and no other salads in Santa Fe satisfy like Vinaigrette's! Made with fresh greens grown on a local Nambe farm (in season), their selection of fresh salads will tempt you back again and again. All...

I've been to Vinaigrette three times because I live within walking distance. I won't be going again.
Firstly the place is incredibly noisy. I'm not hard of hearing but it was a strain to hear my friend. Also I thought the food was average but quite overpriced and to top it all when I spoke with the owner about something...

Like salads? Like good sandwiches? Like laid back ambiance? Go visit Vinaigrette. It is just across Paseo de Paralta on Cerrillos. It's medium sized, and rather hidden. When we were there, We ate there twice, and obviously enjoyed it. Good food / good value.
Ok, ok, this is a healthy salad restaurant. But I LOVE macaroni and cheese - and this mac n' cheese was pretty darn good. Everyone else at the table ordered salads and they LOOKED incredible, always fresh. The atmosphere is funky, hip, and cozy. It gets crowded & parking can be tricky, but well worth a drive around the block...

We were able to sit on their outdoor patio and enjoy some delicious salads and soups. The food is very fresh and offers unique flavor combinations. Nothing fancy but a nice relaxing place to enjoy some lighter fare.
A bit pricy for salads, but worth every penny. Well served, and well prepared fresh ingredients, healthy and seasoned.
The parking for this small cafe is on scale with the technical term "inadequate", but once inside the clean and bright dining room is a welcome place for an exceptional lunch.
The menu is dominated by interesting salads and rounded off with a few sandwiches and dinner options. We had the Cobb and chop chop salads. Both were large and...

A print review in AAA made me pick this little place out of the blue. Outdoor dining on a pleasant patio with light and perfect fare for a single woman who wanted my own special place to enjoy. Perfect!
