Excellent southwest food, really close to the hotel. Amazing sangria and friendly service. It was nice to be able to walk in without a reservation.

We heard about this place from our innkeeper who recommended the mole dish as better than what he'd had in Mexico. It was truly delicious. The restaurant is tucked away, in back of storefronts on the Paseo close to downtown. The menu is varied & affordable. We went several times while visiting & were never disappointed in the friendly service...

We had a fantastic dinner at Mucho Gusto Mexican Cuisine. We asked the difference between Mexican and New Mexican, it comes down to the sauce. The question in New Mexico is "Red or Green?" chili added over the top of your dinner. Mexican the sauce and flavor is cooked in and was very good. You had the option of hot...

This is a small out of the way restaurant. We decided to go on the recommendation of our B&B. It was fabulous food at a reasonable cost for very large portions. The atmosphere is low key and perfect after a long day of sightseeing.
It's been quite a few years since we have eaten at Mucho Gusto and after returning to the restaurant this week, I'm glad to see the food is as good as ever. The restaurant is a little hard to find as it's behind some other commerical buildings on Paseo Peralta (eastside) but it's only about 4 blocks from the Plaza...

We were staying at the Inn on the Alameda recently, and one night walking back from the square, we saw Mucho Gusto in the corner of the parking lot near the hotel. We kind of laughed and wondered how bad it probably was. Got back to room and checked TA and Yelp, and lo and behold, this place had awesome...

Try the chicken bomb and the sangria. Outstanding food and excellent service. We only have two days in Santa Fe and my husband says he wouldn't mind coming back tomorrow!
How great is the food and service at Mucho Gusto? I ate there twice on a recent trip, despite my usual vacation philosophy to always choose a different place to eat each night. The food would be great in any city, but for me the bonus was that some of their dishes are made with restrained use of chiles. I...

We had dinner here twice during our trip to Santa Fe and our meals were delicious. First I must say the waitresses were very friendly. The restaurant is casual & was busy on both weeknights that we dined so be sure to make reservations. We ordered the pork burrito (special), trout(special), the beef fajitas, and the tequila orange shrimp which...
