My whole family went for breakfast this last Wednesday and it was heavenly. The carne y juevos were out of control, best in Santa Fe hands down. The atole pinon pancakes are KILLER. The waitstaff is very nice. This place is now my must go place in Santa Fe when I visit.

The pinon pancakes are positively the best in the world. This is a wonderful spot for a real value breakfast or lunch. Service is great and food is always dependably delicious. The owl theme is homey. We've been eating here for years and the staff doesn't change, so they must treat their employees well, a good sign.

Heard about the place and upon arrival found it was full of locals. After eating we now know why. Great SW items, fresh and hot. Service was friendly, fast and competent (sometimes hard to get all 3). Please know it is not an American breakfast place-no toast, only tortillas.

First of all the service is so fast and efficient - Thank you! My family goes weekly to Tecolote and we all eat different plates. They have the best breakfast ever, bakery basket or torilla for sharing, extensive menu and smiling efficient staff!!
