I went to this restaurant yesterday and was surprised to read all the negative reviews. I liked the restaurant. A lot of choice, friendly service, decent food for a good price. It is not haute cuisine, but it tastes fresh and good. Unlike other restaurants, they don't have a tourist menu, which is a good thing.

This place probably has the nicest setting in town - right on the water, with candles, romantic tables for two, overlooking the old town. It's such shame about the food!! We chose to eat in Gallipoli following the advices from Tripadvisor. Our target: to find a restaurant with a sea view for a romantic dinner overlooking the sunset. Ok for the panorama, exactly what we were looking for, but the rest pretty mediocre. Next time I think I will try something else.

We had dinner together with our group in this restaurant during our stay in Gallipoli. Located in the historic center, a small island surrounded by sea, the restaurant is situated overlooking the ancient walls, and you can 'enjoy a beautiful sunset. Great food, nice owners. Recommended
