good value and good food. Much better value than hotel restaurants. Entertaining waiter and easy going approach.

This is in a small parade of cafe/restaurants and we had sweet & sour chicken which was good but not exceptional. Preferred the two restaurants next door!

I preferred the living room, due to atmosphere and food quality. Nothing to dislike realistically. The service was good, the staff very nice.

we ate there only once this time , and themeal was very disappointing , crispy chicken was soggy , and went cold very quickly , no atmosphere . sorry but not our cup of tea

Good food, fair prices for the area. Not as cheap as the food courts but the setting is slightly more upmarket, but not smart and costly. Chatty host. Serves beer which not all do for religious reasons.

Quality not as good as others for same money or less although staff are nice enough. No atmosphere there also.

the flavours of the food are a bit bland for my taste. while chinese food is known to have clear and clean taste, some of the vegetables were not fresh at the time we went. it was lunch time on a sunday so, the place was quiet. serving time was okay.

Ricky, wife and family were lovely! Very welcoming and made us dinner or lunch at whatever time of day which is good to know as Guan Guan is one of the few restuarants open during lunchtime unless you want KFC!
