Absolutely lovely food. Never fails to please. Had the chefs special, everything was well cooked and well presented. The hake was beautiful. The honeycomb ice cream is the best ever. Highly recommended.

The food here was amazing and certainly as good as any quality Spanish restaurant I have experienced. We had the meat and cheese platter to start - beautifully presented with figs, quince, walnuts and bread . Try the sea bass and the chefs suggestion of fresh crab - simply delicious . Can't wait to visit this gem again.
Been here a number of times now and it never disappoints - Steve?, the Chef/owner seems to make constant tweaks to the menu and comes up with something else to tantalize the taste buds on a regular basis - busy at weekends but you can usually get a table midweek without booking but best be on the safe side and...

The atmosphere was fabulous. The waitress was a little sweetie being both attentive and friendly. We ordered the chef's tapas £18 each plus a bottle of white wine, one coffee and one dessert all of which was utterly delicious. The razor clams and cod were lipsmackingly good, the chicken was nicely grilled, the green olives were huge and most things...

Lovely small place, the food was very nice, I have been several times and always receive good service
We have been to Albarino several times; I would recommend it mostly highly. The food is very fresh, well cooked, great variety and wonderful flavours. We have thoroughly enjoyed it on each occasion. We tried the chef's selection, which included some items we wouldn't ordinarily have ordered; they were also happy to substitute one of our favourites (the awesome chickpea...

We just managed to get two seats at the bar on a Saturday night in April. We enjoyed a lovely variety of unusual food here, from the fennel chips, rabbit rice and razor clams to a lovely, melting piece of beef cheek. All pretty good value too, at least to those of us who have to put up with Henley...

This was my first visit on a recommendation and I can't wait for my second visit. A most unusual menu and a fabulous tastebud experience, which included the wine and coffee. I had the £18 set menu, and there was plenty of food. Had razor clams for the first time, they tasted like they had just been caught. Again, excellent...

We had a lovely meal here over Easter. We had to sit at the counter but it didn't matter at all. Lots of the dishes were really innovative and there was a good wine list. We had about 6 dishes between two of us which was plenty.
Went on a Monday night, so fairly quiet. Tapas was very nicely cooked, with some unusual dishes which made a nice change. Six dishes were plenty for the three of us, cost around £55 including a bottle of wine. Well stocked bar - had a lovely Spanish liquer (thik it was called liquer 43 ?) to finish.
