Coming to Palmas for over 20+ years, I've never understood why people go to any of Daniels restaurants (Chez Daniel, Tapas). The food is over-priced and service is lacking. Try LaBrochette or CBar in the Palmanova Plaza instead!

Many different specials as well as a complete menu - nice ambience overlooking marina - some people find it over priced for the area.

While staying in Northeast Puerto Rico, we drove down the coast to Humacao. The drive was beautiful. We arrived in the town and there wasn't much to see.
