The owner of Gulfside Resorts in Indian Rocks Beach recommended this place and we went there three times for lunch. We loved their fresh grouper sandwiches, onion rings and fries. Great chef! Good prices and best of all fresh fish! We will definitely return next time we are in IRB.

Found Wahoo's by chance and were lucky to get a table outside in the back by the water. This place is nothing fancy and looks like a typical bar type hole in the wall but thats ok after hearing about all the overpriced underdelivered places on Gulf Blvd. The food was Great, the service was fine and overall it was... We found Wahoo's while out on my boat... we were looking for a seafood place with a outside deck and we spotted the umbrellas on the deck from the water. We tied up to the little dock and made our way on in (it has a few loose boards so look out!). We spotted the daily specials board and I... More

Just had lunch at Wahoo's. Badsed on previous reviews was looking forward to a nice lunch. The cheeseburger was crispy around the edges and raw in the middle leaving th bun a soggy mess. My campanion had the fish fingers. Said that they had no taste what so ever. The fries were OK. The service was terrible. Would not recommend... More

We had a nice lunch here one afternoon. Sat outside, good service and a good grouper sandwich. Kiddo had a really good burger. Definately try it.

Had the Cobia Fish Sticks 'bronzed' which is lightly seasoned & fried oysters. Both were SUPER FRESH, tasty & cooked perfectly, the 'cool' slaw was crisp & light and the fries were the coated style (not my fave). The bartender & grill guy were knowledgeable about their products & personable. At first we didn't realize that there was a nice... More

Older bldg hides a pleasant experience. Patio is cramped far from plush. This is a local hangout with fresh local fish cooked on a flat top grill. Grouper sandwich, fresh bread and cold beer! Well priced.. Chalkboard specials vary. Parking across the street is free. (A plus for beach town) Good lunch stop, very casual.

We spend a month in the area every year and this place is on the top of our list each time. Nothing fancy, just fresh, well prepared food. The specials of the day always have some excellent choices, not some overpriced run of the mill plates. You watch them prepare your food on the grill at the end of the... More

We've been to Wahoos many time times since we discovered it by accident four years ago. Not much to look at but the food is to die for. Their daily specials are fantastic. They always feature a fish fingers which is always fresh that day and it is cooked in the cast iron pan seasoned they way you like it.... More

Went back twice, best seafood we found. Definitely more like a local pub (noisy, not fancy) but the service was good, prices relatively good and food was fantastic. I'm allergic to shellfish and my friend can't have gluten -- they were very good about accommodating our needs.
