Staff are lovely and always willing to be of help. This place does get very busy and you have to take this into consideration as every one that goes there are special.

Good food, good waitstaff, but couldn't hear a thing. Multiple requests to lower the volume went unheeded. The volume would have been fine for a bar, but not for a fine restaurant.
revisited Glass after an absence of 2 years and found a stark difference in the place.Last time it was top of the pops for us in the area. This time a sense of going through the motions. The food was just, service just, atmosphere just.Shame really.
we tried this after seeing some reviews the place looked amazing but it lacked service and the food well lets say I would have expected a lot better
So much choice. A great and very varied menu. The service was outstanding the food was delicious and it was very reasonable.
Every dish we have ordered was perfect - delicious and beautifully presented. Staff was very helpful with taking pictures and dishes choice.
Went to Glass on a Sunny Sunday afternoon and had a delicious lunch! A good selection of food and a large drink menu. The service was a little slow but the food made up for it. Very good :)
