Refreshingly good, this restaurant serves Macanese and Portuguese food. The bacalao with potato and onions was a hit! Not a big place so you still feel it has retained its own character despite being a 'Maxim's restaurant'. Good value for money, but portions are huge so beware.

Nice atmosphere with very polite and helpful staff. Tried some fish balls only, and with fresh cold beer it was pleasure. If you like African Chicken (as i do), they have recipe printed already on towels. So do not forgot a pen ;)

Living in Macau, I have dined at Henri's on a few occasions, sometimes entertaining business customers, and I will never hesitate to book at Henri's. The food is consistently excellent, with reasonable prices, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful at all times.

Don't be deceived by the look of this place. The menu doesn't look too appetizing as well, plus the portion of the picture on the menu is hard to judge. We ordered African Chicken, Ox Tongue in Red Wine Sauce, Stuffed Crab and Baked Porkchop. My favorite was Ox Tongue. I was pleased with having tried Portuguese food, but it wasn't a WOW experience.

This is a family restaurant now run by the original owner's son; he happened to be in the restaurant while we were there and made soem great recommendations. Many reviews said this is the first restaurant which invented African Chicken, so I made a visit and ordered a couple of things, cod fish balls, seafood soup, salad and their African Chicken, I recommend the chicken and cod fish balls that I saw the chefs did make a lot of efforts on it.
