Hands down, the best fish and chips place in Tobermory. We never, ever miss to go here while in Tobermory. We look forward to having their white fish and chips every summer. The fish is the freshest and the fries "yummy" good. Look out for their cute truck along Hwy 6. Can't wait to go this year - Canada Day... More

Fresh local fish, best whitefish in Tobermory area. Generous portions, excellent preparation. I go several times each season.

The fresh local white fish is battered with an amazing blend of spices! Ate there twice & have never been disappointed! There is also a really cute girl who works in the smoke shop!

Barbara and Dave of the Taylor-Made B&B told us that we had to have fish & chips at this place. So we did... and they were right: this place definitely has the best fish & chips! THe fish was caught fresh that morning and tasted delicious.

One of those "must stop" places on your way either to or from Tobermory.... a chip wagon on the East side of Highway 6, just south of the Emmett Lake Road. Have never tried their fish, although it's obviously popular - but the fries are heavenly. $4.50 for a large container easily satisfies two people wanting a mid-afternoon snack. A... More

Fresh local whitefish (yes from a truck) that tastes unexpectedly amazing! Bought a takeout portion ($10) and took it to the beach.

As someone who never passes up an opportunity to eat fish and chips, we were recommended to swing by DNA Fish and Chips by our b&b hosts. I have had cod, Alaskan and halibut, however the Georgian Bay white fish (and fresh not frozen) taste great! The fish is caught daily and cooked to serve. The ordering system by the... More

We have visited this take-out three times this summer, and have been very pleased each time. The fish is a generous portion with seasoned batter, and the fries are plentiful and not too greasy. The price is perfect - $10 with no tax! Condiments include hot sauce and spicy seasoning. There are sturdy picnic tables under a canopy, and the... More

The fish and chips here was amazing! Homemade batter and tartar sauce, fresh fish along with fresh cut french fries - all for a reasonable price. We would definately head here for a meal when we are in the area again!

We own a B&B in Lion's Head and we always make sure our guests are aware of DNA Fish and Chips. Over the years we have sent about 400 people there and everyone has been thrilled. Alanna and Dave have great personalities and if they have time they'll always chat with you. The fresh Georgain Bay Whitefish is fried in... More
