The location is fabulous - right on the water. Food was really fresh and exceptional. We had the special of the day - Creole whole red snapper. Cooked to perfection. Friendly slow service but worth the wait.

The title of the restaurant sounds very grand but this is actually a down-to-earth bar and restaurant and all the better for it. The menu is fairly standard but the dishes we tried - on three visits spread across lunch and dinner - were delicious. A local clientele suggested this was worth trying and we were very pleased we did.
In a way, it's nothing special--a bar and restaurant with dishes that are fairly common in the area. But it's also the one I wanted to go back to when we had tried everything else! The fish and chips, fried calamari, and curried chicken were delicious and incredibly satisfying and it was a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We lingered with a...

We wound up eating here twice and each time found the food to be mediocre, at best. Generally bland and lacking seasonings. The service was average and the prices high - eating on the island is not inexpensive. But with all the fresh fish and fruits available we had expected a better experience. Watching the boats was fun and one...

View of Marigot bay was awesome, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and polite. Service was good, restaurant was not busy when we went. Food was good but a bit over priced. You are paying for the view, which is fine. Overall a good place to at least go for a couple drinks.
Very relaxed with the local atmosphere. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. They have pizza which was a nice change.
If you are in a rush don't go the the Caribbean!!!!
Mygo has a great Happy Hour at sunset with a few buckets of iced Piton it is the best way to wind down after a day relaxing. Owned by Dori who takes care of her customers. Ahi and other local fish dishes are great, (I don't like King Fish)...

We very much enjoyed our meal at Chateau Mygo - particularly the giant shrimps in garlic butter. The service is pretty good and the portions were generous. There are also some nice views out over the bay.
Walking down a windy brush filled lane you enter upon a relaxed wide open setting next to Marigot Bay. The decor is nothing special but the service is extra, extra ordinary... in fact rarely seen in the Caribbean. Three very personable people kept an eye on our table despite a near full restaurant. A nice assortment of meals which were...

Stayed in Marigot Bay for a week. Tried all of the local restaurants, and this is the only one we wanted to return to …And we did, almost daily, in fact. The atmosphere is relaxed. The Caribbean food (or sometimes Caribbean-inspired fusion food) was superb—fresh ingredients, home-cooking. Had wonderful stuffed crab, pumpkin soup, calamari. The catch of the day was...
