I ate a salad that I was quite pleased with apart from the fact that the walnuts had a rancid taste. My husband ordered an Entrecote de l'Aubrac that next to it had the number 96.00 that he mistook for 9.60, remarking that this really...isn't expensive. He didn't find it very tasty, but thought that this is what you get when it's quite cheap. We were fairly happy till it came to paying when we realised that this Entrecote was charged at a whopping €42.14 !! Altogether we ended up paying €90.84 for a rather simple lunch. We left feeling truly ripped off. We certainly won't return.More

Atmospheric, fun restaurant. Plenty to look at decor wise. My steak came out exactly as requested. Very reasonably priced

A brasserie with a rather big menu and rather uneven food quality. While some dishes are enjoyable, others are regrettable - delicious os à moelle, but overcooked meat and scary black fries.. Entertaining decorum, if that’s your style. Friendly waiters, however some of them seem...to be doing their first day on the job and not always managing it. Overall very mixed feelings 😊More

We went due to the good rating. The place looks good, waiters were friendly, and the food was tasty. The day after, not the same story!! Sick and really sick during 3 days...my mother and my nephew were not sick like me, but less than...me, we shared our food...I really don't recommend this restaurant .More

Nice welcome by the owner who was sitting in the bar area. Explained about the aged steaks and even brought some fine slices of cooked steak for us to sample with the very thirst-quenching beer Blanche garnished with a slice of lime. The aged Steaks...on offer (French and Spanish) were displayed in a large glass doored fridge just outside the kitchen and then we went through to the restaurant which has two well ventilated spaces , upstairs and downstairs open at the front with large ceiling fans circulating the warm evening air. Tables were well spaced. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the fries were also perfect. This is not your average French restaurant decor wise! A lifesize, carved wooden Harley being the main piece among many others.More

I had not intended having lunch that day but decided to call in instead of going home. I had one of the Plats du Jour. it was good value, honest food. The staff were friendly and attentive

The Starters like the Razor Clams are First Class as are all the starters. Service may not be what people from England Are used to but what counts is the food on the plate. Love the decor!!

When we stopped there for lunch with the family, looked very nice on the outside and interior was pretty impressive. Wasn’t a good welcome though, waiter was on the end of his shift and was very rude. First we asked to sit upstairs, cause there...were other people sitting there, his answer was NO!! The kids weren’t that hungry and just wanted a pancake that was on the menu, that wasn’t possible! Me and my wife wanted a burger with chips, my burger was red and cold inside and my wife is still waiting on hers wich wasnt such a problem after she seen what I have got! The chips were saturated in grease and undercooked!! Others had pizzas they were overloaded with cheese!! One person didn’t got his water but was on the bill, another had a glass of wine wich had ice cubes in it?! So you’re actually getting half a glass... the waiting staff uniforms were very untidy.. we will not be back!! Don’t waste your money on this place its not worth it!!!More

A sportsbar in a very small town. Interior is like no other place, a mix an match of all styles. No one spoke english, but with a bit of Google translate we ordered «plat du jour». A baked fish with risotto and bread. It was...average in any way...More

Decided to give the place a shot. Waiter was really nice but food was really slow. Chicken was tasty but over cooked and entrecôte was way to raw for medium. Ordering dessert took for ever which drove my kid crazy. The environment and the terrace...upstairs is nice. Bottom line...over priced for what you get, but if you have no other choices it’s not a bad option.More

Where to start... They have recently renovated this place so we thought we’d give it another try. We sat upstairs which was lovely. A waitress came to take our orders...great...although we still hadn’t had our menus by this point. We get menus ...this was around...8.30pm. We ask for drinks - think we have ordered, then another waitress takes our drinks order again 10 mins later. Staff seem stressed and are short and not particularly friendly and upstairs isn’t full by this point. Tables start filling up, we place our orders. One of the dishes arrives 10 mins before everyone else’s. Drinks still haven’t arrived by the time the food has. My son has a burger that was great. Carbonara is split between two 11 year olds as big. Brother in law has steak, my sister and I the mixed fish plates. One child has the children’s menu. Food is ok...burger great. We try and order deserts. Wait wait wait. Eventually someone takes our order. 20 mins later deserts arrive and crepes are inedible. Takes quite a lot for my children to complain. We send them back after eventually getting a waitresses attention. She comes back with the hard crepes and says they have run out so we change order to something else for kids. Nothing arrives. We ask again...have waited another 30 mins by this point. Been in the restaurant by this point for almost 2 hours and spent most of that time waiting for waitress to come over. We then say to cancel deserts as we are all fed up - waitress goes downstairs and makes deserts. Lots of other tables are looking as fed up as we are and people are going downstairs to complain. Deserts arrive and we ask for bill. Waitress tells us that her colleague will do the bill for us. Wait wait wait. Lots of people complaining - still no bill for us. Ask again. Finally almost 3 hours after we have sat down a bill of €178 arrives. That is a steak, two mixed fish plates, a hamburger, a spaghetti carbonara, a children’s menu, 4 deserts, 3 beers and 2 1/2 carafes of rose. Service was appalling, food ok but does not in any shape or form justify the price. There are fancy restaurants in the area that would have been the same price. I can cope with most things if the service is ok- but honestly do no waste your money or your time by going here. Unless you want a burger...and have 4 hours to kill.More

I have tried this place several times and it is always poor grumpy service. They have excellent hamburgers, and often they are the only place open in the area. They recently renovated and it looks cool. But dang the service still sucks. If you still...must go here refuse the table upstairs that is in the shape of a car. You have to twist your body sideways or lean super far to reach your food. They are pretty expensive for what they offer and now they really push cocktails. Most of the food is average to poor but again, the hamburgers are fantastic.More

We had two very good meals here at Christmas, so took a guest with us last week. Whilst the food was fine, the service was dreadful. The waitress struggled to remember our order, we waited 15 minutes for the wine list mainly because the two...waiting staff had disappeared. It would have been helpful if the waitress had also warned us that the tapas plate (which we ordered for 3) was huge and was a meal in itself. For once, my son did not finish his main course. I am not sure if we will go back again despite only living about 15 mins away and the restaurant being open all year.More
