This place is right on the water front of Brighton Bay. As with many seasonal restaurants, it can be full in the summer and somewhat slower in the off season. We have a family summer cottage in the area and it is a great place to take guests when no on feels like cooking. Jenny, the owner, is a gem... More

Just moved to Brighton and wanted to try something new. Menu was small with barely any options, food was expensive and nothing special at all. Would not pay half of what it cost to eat there. Clam Chowder was more like cream in a bowl could not find a chunck of potatoe or clam to save your life, would not... More

Thank you for your comments. I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your dining experience. For your information we do not sell clam chowder which would explain why there were no clams in your soup. I wish that you had advised us while here that you were dissatisfied. I do not consider my prices high when one considers... More

We were a group of 8 guys away for a weekend of golf and stayed at the Harbourview Cafe. The owners and staff were incredible. They even helped us find a deal for golf. Restaurant was amazing, all home cooked meals. Rooms were clean and very affordable. More

I was staying at the Harbourview Inn so we ate breakfast at the cafe both mornings and ate dinner one evening. All of the meals were delicious, the food was prepared quickly and the portions were generous. The next time I'm in Brighton, even if just passing through, I'll be stopping by to try more of the menu....I'm really looking... More

The owners were very accommodating. By communicating our plans to them, the restaurant stayed open later to accomodate our group, service was excellent and the food very tasty and fresh. More

Our group of eight chose this place because their prices were very reasonable and it was located within 2 hours drive from Toronto. It was our anual golf holiday. What I liked about the experience at Harbourview Cafe, Motel and Marina was the emphasis placed on good food and service. The breakfasts and dinner were excellent and Jeni, the owner,... More

Best thing about the Harbourview Café: the patio, which is about ten feet from a a dock and provides a particularly picturesque view of Lake Ontario. What could be better than having a meal, sipping a beer, and looking out at the water? This is truly one of the best waterfront locations I've found in Ontario. (Inside: kind of generic... More
