  "Stayed for a saturday and sunday night. We ate in the restaurant for both nights, the first night I had a prawn cocktail for starters (an old dish) to see whatthey would/could do with it. The steak main course was melt in the mouth and the cheese & biscuits for dessert were all locally sourced. The wine list is very comprehenisve from all over the world and a vast price range £20 to £2000. The accomodation is set as a motel style block with french doors leading on to a communial verandah over looking lough erne. There are 7 rooms and 8 cottages (sleeping 8) available for rent. There are jetty moorings available and you can pre book a meal and have it delivered to your boat at the jetty.   "we went to the watermill for my 50th birthday , it was a fabulous venue. when you drive in it has the wow factor, the veiw and the quaint thatched building. on entering we were greeted by a smile and shown to our table, the restaurant had a warm cosy feeling and a log fire was burning. staff was ve..."ry attentive and freindly.I had the gratinated mussels in garlic butter followed by the sea bass and to finish the warm chocolate fondant , the food was delicious.I congratulated my husband on his choice also the prices were very reasonable for the high standards.we finished our evening with a walk around the garden and water ponds , i would definatly return to the watermill restaurant.   "We took our parents for their 40th wedding anniversary on sunday 28th april and had a really special day. Barry couldnt have done anything more for us. He was so attentive to our every ask. A lovely dinner was followed by a presentation dessert for my mum with a ruby ring in the middle of the plate ..."from my dad.
