Menus change frequently and always offer intriguing new perspectives on Mediterranean and Alpine cuisine. The portions are just the right size not to feel stuffed, which is rare in Munich where mostly quantity is emphasized before quality. One all-time favorite are the Tiroler Kasnockerln, very rich cheese dumpling with freshly grated parmesan.
