We went there, on a whim, for tea. Although they were hosting a reception, they still found place to accommodate us. The clientele seemed to be regulars (and that spoke volumes). The service was polite, friendly, prompt, and very accommodating (they also understand English). I cannot comment on food since we did not eat anything but if what we experienced is representative, I am sure that it would be equally good too!
