"When we found the restaurant, after searching for a good 10 minutes (it is in the lobby of a building), we found about 100 people waiting to be seated. The wait was quick and we got a table in about 20 minutes. The food was very good. The service was prompt. I's recommend Din Tai Fung for a good..." Hong Kong Dim Sum experience.

"We found this gem from other tripadvisor reviews. It was not close to the tourist areas so it wasn't extremely convenient to get to, but it was well worth it. In fact, it was so good, we went back the next night. When we showed up, we stuck out like sore thumbs as the place was full of locals (a ..."great sign, of course). The owner, Ken, sat us and immediately helped us with the menu. We put our meal in his hands and he did not disappoint. If you are not a dim sum pro, I recommend you do the same. The food was very reasonably priced.
We also went to Din Tai Fung, which is a bit glitzy, but the food at One Dim Sum beat it hands down. Next time in HK, One Dim Sum is my first stop.
