"Who would have thought that we would find an authentic, terrific Japanese restaurant in the middle of a flea market in the middle of an island? Well, we did! Hama was a most pleasant discovery! Its simple but clean ambiance belies the cuisine. They will notnserve anything not fresh, even if it is on..." the menu. Price is a but high, especially since it is surrounded by ma y cheaper restaurants. If you're in Boracay and have a craving for Japanese food, hike over to Hama and be wo derfully surprised!

"Its an outdoor seafood market between stations 1 and 2. What to do here: Buy your seafood from the fresh seafood stalls. And then have them take it to one of the full-service cooking restaurants next door to have them cook it for you the way you want it for a small price
Tip when buying your sea..."food: Walk around the entire thing once before you make a decision. This way you can tell which stalls have what. They have a good variety of fresh seafood.
Note the pricing on the their boards.
Tip when getting your seafood cooked: We always opt for grilled with lemon garlic on prawns/shrimp/lobsters. It mot definitely the best combo! They sell local beers at the restos too. BE SURE to take wet naps with you - napkins at the restos tend to be 1-ply and can get frustrating when peeling all the seafood.
Cost of seafood: Definitely cheaper than restaurants on the beach or at the hotel.
