  "Im not sure if the name of the place is Koulen 11 or Koulen II. The location is great which is in the middle of the city (infront of Luckee mall and beside Angkor holiday hotel.) We only had 2 nights in Siem Reap and dining at koulen II gave us a taste of Cambodian food and at the same time get a gl..."impse of their culture. The buffet was extensive offering all sorts of Cambodian-vietnamese-thai cuisine and there was even a small Japanese food section. The dessert section was also wonderful. My favourite was the food stalls on the right serving grilled kebabs and noodle soups. The culture show was also nice and interesting. At the end of the show, they allowed guests to go up on stage to have photos with the performers. All these for $12 per head. Drinks not included. They open at 630pm and ends at 830pm. " More >

Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed when we got there, 1030pm, and they could not serve anything from the menu except for some barchows. It is open air and has no airconditioned area.   "We arrived at pub street late at night, 11pm, hoping to have some dinner. We were disappointed to find out that most establishments at pub street do not serve dinner that late. They only offered drinks and some bar chows. Fortunately, we entered In touch bar which had a seafood boat displayed in fro..."nt and still served dinner. we had amok chicken, tom yum soup, loklak beef which were all good. The price was pricey though ($5-7 per order). The Angkor beer was $3 per bottle (which is only 50 cents per glass next door.
