My tuna was cooked through even though the waiter asked me how I wanted it and I said 'sellado' which basically means cook for 2secs on either side as tuna should be. It was an extremely..." fresh piece so a waste to me. A friend had sushi but couldn't finish it so I helped her and it was really poor. Rice was half cooked and very dry and overall the sushi really didn't taste very good at all. I wouldn't have ordered sushi outside of a strict sushi restaurant but she did and so my report on it. A friend ate at sano banana (sane owners) and reported the same overcooked tuna problem. That seems like an easy one to fix...and the marinade was good. " More >
