We knew the wines would be excellent as Daou Vineyards is extrao..."rdinary and makes incredible wines but I am not usually a fan of Ruth Chris. First I must give a big shout out to our server Karla as the service was a TEN! From the perfect martini, the endive salad with cherries and crispy pancetta, the crab cake which arrived sizzling and then the blue cheese crusted filet, I had to undo my pants button to give me extra breathing room. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and so tender you really did not need a knife.
