"We stopped at Robert's for lunch on our way to Cambria. There are tens of restaurants in downtown Paso Robles but this was at the top of several lists. Fortunately there casual outside seats available. The interior décor of the restaurant is more formal than we wanted and is more suited for an ev..."ening meal. The sirloin Panini with Gruyere was mouthwatering - definitely not low cal. The waiter was young - mispronounced tortilla (in California?) but charming. He seemed comfortable provided tastes of at least 3 different wines - it is wine country after all. We would definitely return.

"This was our second time to Thomas Hill Organics - it was so good the first time (2011) that my wife and I had to return for another visit. This place rocks. Great food, and a really good selection of Paso Robles wines. Appetizer/salad was great. I had the tuna tataki and my wife had the beet an..."d strawberry salad, beautiful presentations and they were delicious, along with a glass of Daou Chemin de Fleur, which was truly delightful. By the way, you must visit Daou Winery when you are in Paso Robles - truly a grand experience. For our entrees it was the Bufalina pizza and short ribs. Both were excellent. We enjoyed those with a Halter Ranch Sarah blend. The service was great and we had a wonderful dining experience. Thanks Thomas Hill - we will return again.

"Out of 5 nights in Paso, we went there for dinner twice! The food is great – a nice menu and generous servings. We can recommend the lamb, the salmon and the pork chop. Our server, Trevor, was delightful and enhanced the evening with his knowledge of the food, the wine and Paso Robles. He brough..."t wine tastes to the table that he thought would complement the food so we could be sure we’d be happy with the wine we ordered. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to going back.
