  "I was in a hungry rush today and stopped in for a quick bite for lunch at Europa. I lingered for about an hour longer than my intended 15 minute plan because of the wait-staff. Not surprising really, even when busy, they are welcoming and sincerely friendly as they keep an eye on the restaurant and ..."arriving diners. My pace slowed to a comfortable, relaxing crawl (which I need to fend off daily stresses, in the shady cool and calm of the Europa on a very sunny afternoon. Dizzy with hunger, I asked my server, Maggie, what she would reccomend, and she offered up the BLT with a salad, which I opted with cilantro dressing. Tremendous suggestion for something I have not enjoyed in a very long time. In between bites of BLT and garden salad, Maggie and Lizzie chatted me up amiably and quickly reminded me of how much I enjoy this place. The owners, Brenda and Larry, separately, offered their cheery 'hellos' during the lunch rush, as did Dave, the creative food-auteur in the kitchen today.... " More >
