  "I had selected this place to eat as it was in the hotel we were staying at. I had incorrectly assumed though that this was a more formal dining place but as I was told Vail is a "mountain casual" So anything from shorts to suits are acceptable..no big deal. Our server must have been new to the jo..."b as he did not have a lot of answers for us. He was very attentive and quick but didn't know the menu or the drinks. I ordered the salmon which was really good. They did burn the top a bit for my liking but that was easy to rectify. The wife had the iron steak and was pretty bland seasoned wise but they have a green sauce with it that was to be used on the steak. For the price, I'd recommend this place for folks to eat at.
