What I had was absolutely FANTASTIC! I chose the appetizer Sautéed French Porcinis, Fresh from Bernard’s garden – Asparagus, Ricotta Cheese Ravioli in Sage Brown Butter. It was preceded by a slice of wonderfully chewy crusty bread and an olive bread roll, shadowed by a tiny veal(?) sausage wrapped in a tiny croissant. The “main” dish was sumptuous the porcinis having a crispness to their exterior and a wonderful meatiness, the ravioli obviously fresh both in the pasta and ricotta the asparagus as well; the sage brown butter base was exceptionally flavorful.
