There are also several value meals that are very good deals. This is a new location that is clean and fresh. I note the service because it is something we are prepared for every time we go. This new location and is an improvement over the original location in Shawnee in regards to service. On our most recent visit the staff that was working that evening were doing a great job. There just does not appear to be enough staff for the demand. We received our food fairly quickly per their standards on this trip. But I noted many that waited a fairly long time.   "We went to Carlo's Copa Room for my birthday dinner. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly young lady who took us to our table. We were seated and immediately the waiter came to take our drink order. He was super friendly and so helpful as we asked many questions for my Gluten Free husband...." Carlo even came to the table himself to answer a few questions. My husband ended up getting the swordfish which was so fresh! It was amazing! I got Nani's Cheese Ravioli and it was to die for! My youngest daughter ordered an item off the kids menu which honestly I don't remember and said it was the best she had ever eaten! We finished off our meal with the cheescake and oh my goodness! It was melt in your mouth delicious! The ambiance was great. It was all in all a great dining experience! We will definately be back!
