We observed some of the staff working to clean the equipment and various surfaces while we waited. The restaurant closes at 2:30 pm. We have gone 3 times over a few months time. We got in to eat 2 times. Normally, there is a wait to get in. Seven days a week, any time of day, there is usually a crowd waiting in line, OUTSIDE. There is a bucket of community umbrellas for the crowd outside. I am not a fan of standing in a queue. This place is very small; teeny tiny. There are about 7 tables/booths.
