"What's to rate here? Great value for relatively good breakfast. They have a 55+ menu (I am 60+ man) and a kids menu. The 55+ menu is not much cheaper than normal menu; but portions are smaller which is good if you don't want to get stuffed or take food home.
I asked waiter at lunch time yesterday..."; which was better the breakfast items I normally get when at IHOP or the pot roast with mashed potatoes, corn and garlic bread. He said pick the pot roast. Wrong choice! While I didn't expect this to be as good as home made, the pot roast was poor. The other 3 items were better than expected; although I had to ask for butter for non-buttered mashed potatoes.
I wasn't trying for a refund when I asked that someone plus the cook taste the pot roast to see if tasted right or was rancid. I was starving so I ate it all before telling the waiter. "Five of us all had excellent meals at Sirio's. Our view of the "kitchen" was fabulous and entertaining...watched them slicing proscuitto! The homemade pastas were perfectly tasty and al dente and the sauces nicely prepared...not overwhelming for the pasta. Our waiter was friendly and appropriate..."ly humorous. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The eggs were done perfectly and there was a spring greens salad. I ordered the iced tea, which was 20ounces, so I didn't ..."have to ask for a refill, as I usually do. Smart. My wife had the Fat Choyrito. She loved it. And the son-in-law had the Fat Benedict. Also, looked great, and he loved it. The portions were all generous and the server was very friendly. Then, we ordered desert. We shared a strawberries and cream (which is actually a very good shortcake) and a Nutella Roti. both delicious, but I only had a very small bite of each because I am diabetic. We also shared a peanut butter mousse, which was delicious. We ate all this and the bill was very reasonable. One other thing. The place was nearly empty. Apparently, this is a well kept secret. But it shouldn't be. This is the second time we ate a Fat Choy, an...
