  "Have been going to this pizza place for take out for 12 yrs. Always great pizza. Placed my order by phone today, standard 20 min to pick up. Got there and was told the pizza was never made! I said..ok ..what are you going to do for me? Counter person said " I'm going to make your pizza and give it ..."to you. I said " at no cost?". He said " yes". When he gave me the pizza I told him that I had been a customer for the last 12 yrs....and hopefully will be for the next 12 yrs! I told him that he "did the right thing" .
