The restaurant has a wonderful outdoor patio, but unfortunately it was too cool on the evening we visited, so we ate indoors after a short wait. Very small, but homey with friendly servers. The enchiladas were tasty, with just the right spice, lots of cheese, perfectly cooked, and the beans were delicious also.   "We went on a Friday night, and ordered a sampler of beers. They were good, nothing stellar, but very drinkable. Live music began at 8 or so, and the first band was great, the second was a little loud to enjoy. The beignets were delicious, and the thai dish I ordered was incredibly spicy, but tasty."

This place is so funky and for locals I almost don't want to tell you about it. I have eaten at Toribios over 50 times and it just gets ..."good cheap food right. No, it's not competing with Orlando's or Antonios but this is more than just a 'Taco Stand'. Try the Special: Al Pastor.....pork tacos in fruit marinade for only 7.50 a plate. Considering they fresh cook, the service is pretty good at about 5-8 minutes. I'll try the Southside....they've been open a few months now and I'm betting it is going well by now. " More >
