  "Maybe it’s a little overrated, maybe not. We went during a Cinco de Mayo festival in the town of Old Mesilla. We actually read about the restaurant in our local paper in Atlanta. They have a claim to fame of being the first Mexican restaurant to bring out free chips & salsa to each table. That c..."aught on. The food is probably average Mexican fare. There is much better in New Mexico. However, the ambiance makes up for a less than spectacular meal. The margaritas were great as was the party atmosphere during the festival.
